24 Hour Cancellation & “No Show” & Refund Policy

Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another person is prevented from receiving care. This will hinder the quality of care and superior service we are known for. Therefore, KUMI Laser & Med Spa reserves the right to charge a fee of $50 or forfeit your treatment session for all missed appointments and appointments canceled without a 24-hour notice.

The practice of laser is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received. Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be transferred between laser and injectables services. All medical spa services including but not limited to skincare treatments, facials, Miradry, PRP plasma, body contouring and products including skincare are final sale.
